Financial Advisor

The Silver Edge Financial Group is looking for an experienced, fully licensed financial advisor to work on premises in their Tequesta, FL office. The ideal candidate is ambitious, bright, articulate, tenacious, hard-working, coachable and independent. Creative, out-of-the-box thinkers with a high level of emotional intelligence will excel in this position. Strong interpersonal & communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• A Bachelors degree (required) Master (preferred) in Finance or Banking from an accredited US college or university.

• Valid and active Series 7 license, Series 66 (63/65), Life, Health, Long Term Care, Disability Insurance and Annuity license (215) are required. Florida specific.

• A book of business is required and projected to have healthy AUM growth in the next few years.

• At least 3+ years of experience in the Banking, Corporate Finance, Wealth Management, or Investment industry. Securities sales and client relationship management experience preferred.

• Multilingual preferred. English (Required), Mandarin (Required), Cantonese (Preferred)

• Desire to earn credentials such as the Certified Financial Planner Designation (CFP), Certified Financial Analyst Designation (CFA), CIMA, etc.

• International background required. The candidate must demonstrate a good understanding of international markets and policies.
